Common questions

The audio will not play

Check that your phone is not on silent and the volume is up. Recordings need a connection. If a book has no recording yet, the Listen button does not appear.

My notes disappeared

Notes are saved in your browser on that device. Clearing site data, using a private window, or switching phones starts you with an empty app. Use Export in the Highlights page to keep a copy.

I do not get reminders on my iPhone

Reminders currently arrive while the app is open. Reminders that arrive any time are coming.

Can I use it on more than one device?

Yes, but each device keeps its own notes for now. Syncing is planned.
